How to use your ETS infrared sauna blanket

To use an infrared sauna blanket, follow these general steps:


  1. Preparing the space: Find a clean, flat surface in a well-ventilated room where you can comfortably lie down and spread out the blanket. You may use a bed or soft mat if the floor is too hard.

  2. Preparing the blanket: Unfold the infrared sauna blanket and ensure that it is fully extended. Make sure the control panel is accessible and within reach.

  3. Preparing yourself: Remove any jewelry or metal objects and wear lightweight clothing or wrap yourself in the ETS body towel. It's important to stay hydrated, so have a bottle of water nearby.

  4. Powering on: Plug in the blanket's power cord and connect it to a reliable power outlet. The control panel should light up, indicating that the blanket is receiving power.

  5. Adjusting the settings: Use the control panel to set the desired temperature and session duration. (30 to 85 degrees Celsius)

  6. Pre-heating: Allow the blanket to preheat for a few minutes until it reaches the desired temperature. This can vary depending on personal preference.

  7. Getting inside the blanket: Carefully lie down in the middle of the blanket, ensuring that your body is fully covered. Wrap the blanket around yourself, leaving your head outside if preferred. Make sure not to cover your face.

  8. Relaxing: Once you are inside the blanket, find a comfortable position and relax. You can read a book, listen to music, or simply close your eyes and enjoy the warmth.

  9. During the session: Pay attention to your body and how it responds to the heat. If you feel uncomfortable, overheated, or dizzy, you should discontinue the session immediately. Take breaks as needed and drink water to stay hydrated.

  10. Ending the session: Once your desired session duration is complete, power off the blanket using the control panel. Slowly and carefully exit the blanket, being mindful of the heat.

  11. Cooling down: After the session, allow your body to cool down naturally. Take a few minutes to relax and let your body return to its normal temperature.

  12. Use a soft towel to dry the blanket after using. (A non-toxic cleaner or a vinegar solution may be used)

  13. Allow to fully dry and store in a safe place
